Stratum v1.0.0-rc.22

Release candidate. Continues the Stratum 1.0 preview — recommended for evaluation and staging. Hold production rollouts for the stable v1.0.0 version.

Improvements

• Command-line: flag-style arguments (for example when creating a private network or pinning a static DHCP reservation) are now accepted directly, alongside the existing positional form.
• More reliable automatic license renewal.
