Stratum v1.0.0-rc.43

Release candidate. Continues the Stratum 1.0 preview — recommended for evaluation and staging. Hold production rollouts for the stable v1.0.0 release.

Fixes

• Fixed a licensing problem where a freshly activated machine could be wrongly frozen ("changes are frozen") even though it held a valid, active license. A full-length license ran a few hours past its intended term, which tripped the safety check. New activations now land exactly within the term, and fetching a renewed or replacement license unfreezes the machine immediately instead of waiting for the next hourly check.
• Fixed installation on cloud servers whose network uses a single-address (/32) setup with a gateway outside that address — common on Hetzner Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud and similar. The installer's network step no longer fails there, and the same handling is used by the agent's connectivity self-heal.
• Bandwidth limits and shared pools can now be removed, not just created — including detaching a member from a pool — over both the API and the command line.
• Cluster and gateway high-availability status now work from the command line (cluster status, gateway status, ha status), matching what the management API already reported. Adding or removing a cluster peer and switching a node's role are available too.
• Fixed BGP so a peer added while the agent is running actually connects, instead of staying idle until the next restart.
